We offer a staff composed of project managers, supervisors, drivers, operators, and technicians with proper training and experience in all facets of the environmental industry. All of O.C. Vacuum, Inc. operations personnel are fully trained and certified in hazardous materials handling and transportation. Each employee possesses the following minimum requirements.
 

• 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training in                                     accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120

• 8-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations Refresher training in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120

• Confined Space Entry Rescue training in accordance with 29-CFR 1910

 

In addition, every employee of O.C. Vacuum, Inc. is enrolled in a Department of Transportation (DOT) approved random drug and alcohol testing program. All commercial drivers are licensed and examined according to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and each of our drivers is enrolled in the Department of Motor Vehicles Employee Pull Notice (EPN) Program. Furthermore, we also have employees with specialized training in the  following:

 

• Fork Lift & Crane Operator Training

• FEMA—ICS (Incident Command System) Certified

• Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD)

• Lead In Construction CAL OSHA Title 8 CCR 1532.1

• First Aid & CPR Training

• SCBA Fresh Air Training

• RSO (Refinery Safety Overview) Training

• ASAP (Alcohol & Substance Abuse Prevention) Training

• TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)

• SEMS (Standardized Emergency Management Systems) Training

• OSHA Compliance Trained
